The root cause has been identified at server level, while increasing disk size.

Identified - Partial delay in receiving BNP France bank statements.

We are currently experiencing a partial delay in receiving bank statements from our banking partner, BNP France, due to an ongoing incident on their side.

This issue only affects transactions where end users send funds to accounts held at BNP France.

The incident has been identified and BNP is actively working on a resolution. However, there is currently no estimated time for recovery.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
