Incident Report for Lemonway

Dear customers,

Following the incident we had at the end of November 2025, our integrator conducted a maintenance tonight at 23h (Paris time) to remediate one the final issues we had internally.

This maintenance was supposed to be straight forward but unfortunately, there were some complications.
For approximately 1 hour, transactions may or may have not been interrupted but the situation is now resolved.

We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
