Scheduled
Dear Partner,

At Lemonway, we continuously strive to deliver a payment platform that supports your growth with cutting-edge technology, security, and reliability. Today, we are pleased to announce an important step forward in this journey: the migration of our infrastructure to the Azure Cloud platform.

This significant upgrade will enhance the scalability, performance, and resilience of our services, enabling us to meet your evolving needs and those of the dynamic markets we serve.

**When Will It Happen?**

The migration will take place during two scheduled maintenance windows:
- The night of December 7 to December 8, between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM (CET).
- The night of December 14 to December 15, between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM (CET).

**What Does It Mean for You?**

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Payment processing (money-in and money-out, refund and P2P)
- Payment account management
- Access to reports and dashboards
- Real-time payment notifications

Technically speaking, the following services will be impacted: Webservices, OAuth, Webkit, Dashboard.

Additionally, partners who whitelist Lemonway’s public IP address must update their configurations in their systems or applications. They should add the new IP 51.11.212.253 as soon as possible. And keep the old IP address (83.231.249.241) until January. This action is essential to ensure that webhooks sent after the migration are properly recognized as coming from the correct sender.

We recommend taking this temporary interruption into account when planning your operations.

**Your Dedicated Support Team **
We are here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the Support Portal.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this maintenance window. These efforts are essential to ensure the continued performance and security of the platform that powers your business.

Together, let’s keep building innovative payment solutions for a brighter, more agile future.

Warm regards,
The Lemonway Team
